OUR POLICIES
COMPLIMENTARY FIXES
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
_ Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call US to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)
.Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed.
However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24- 48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a nail fix within 2 days.
.Please DO NOT EMAIL for fixes. Please call the salon and leave a voice message if no one picks up. We would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your nails, please make US aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
All services are final. No refunds or credit will be applied once service is started.
SERVICE PRICES
All service prices listed are subject to change at the time of service. Please confirm pricing at the time of service.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
If a customer has 3 consecutive cancellations or no-shows, that customer will be accepted as a “walk-in” customer only.
LATE ARRIVALS
Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time of booking, please call US immediately or your appointment could be canceled.
.Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notification.
.Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak-off.) when you schedule appointment. More info you give US for your service will help US put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
For groups of 3 or more, credit card information must be supplied in order to book an appointment. Any changes or cancellations to the appointment(s) must be made at least 72 hours prior to the service date to avoid any fees. If a change or cancellation to an appointment is requested with less than 72 hours to the service date, the credit card on file will be charged the minimum service cost for each changed or canceled service.
CHILD SAFETY POLICIES
This policy is with the utmost respect to the parents coming in for services at our salon. We understand the challenges in finding time for yourself and that this issue is a sensitive topic to discuss. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap unless they are receiving nail services. There will be no running, screaming, or walking around the salon. If you bring a tablet for your children, please also have headphones available as not to distract other guests. This is also a reminder for adults who wish to use their devices at the salon. We will ask guests to please not have their devices on speaker where it will disturb other patrons. Please remember this is a public space where people come (and pay) to relax. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the salon. In conclusion, once the child has received their services, we ask that parents continue to follow the policy of supervision listed above.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Keep all belong in with you. We not responsible for lost.
GIFTCARD
-Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time -Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
_We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
PETS
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Washington State Human Rights Commission. We invite you to talk with US about any questions or concerns.
H/e Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
.Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
.Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
.Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
-Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
-Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
